Includes everything in Tune Up
- Lubricate drivetrain using premium-quality lubricants
- Precision gear and brake adjustment
- Check wheel trueness and spoke tension (on-bike)
- Adjust and fine-tune headset, bottom bracket, and hub bearings
- Torque-check all bolts to manufacturer specifications
- Test ride and service report

Includes everything in Standard service
- Thorough Frame cleaning and polish
- Drivetrain removed and thoroughly degreased for optimal performance+
- Drivetrain lubricated

Includes everything in our Standard Plus Service
- Thorough bike wash and detailing
- Remove fork to service, clean and re-grease headset
- Remove cranks, to service bottom bracket, clean and re-grease.
- Front and rear hubs serviced, cleaned, and re-greased
- Seat post removed, cleaned, and re-greased
- Brake pad and piston cleaning for improved braking performance and reliability
- Test ride and service report

Ultimate Bike Build - $399+

Our custom bike build service is designed for riders who want their new bike built from the ground up with precision, care, and meticulous attention to detail.
Our custom bike build includes:
- Complete assembly from frame and component level
- Precision drivetrain installation and setup
- Brake installation, alignment, and adjustment
- Headset, bottom bracket, and bearing checks
- Wheel installation and alignment checks
- Correct torque settings applied to all critical components
- Full safety inspection and final quality control check
- Final tuning to ensure smooth and reliable performance
- Test ride and full build report

E - Bike Service - $199+
Giant E-Bikes ONLY
Includes everything in our Standard Service
- Motor mounting bolts checked and torqued to manufacturer specifications
- Battery terminals cleaned and treated with protective di-grease
- Cable routing inspected for clearance, security, and condition
- Speed sensor alignment and torque checked
- Battery locking mechanism inspected and adjusted if required
- Ride control functions tested and verified
- Firmware updated and service interval reset
- Test ride and service report
+ Parts are charged separately for all service packages
+ Customers will be contacted for approval if additional labour or parts are recommended by our mechanics
