THE ENVILIV ADVANCED SL IS DESIGNED AND OPTIMISED FOR AERODYNAMIC PERFORMANCE, MAKING IT THE OFFICIAL AERO ROAD BIKE OF LIV ALULA JAYCO WORLDTEAM. FROM STAGE RACE BREAKAWAYS TO THE FINAL CRITERIUM LAP, THE ENVILIV IS MADE TO BE OUT FRONT.

Key Performance Factors

Optimised Aerodynamics

In our pursuit of maximum power and efficiency, we analyse how the bike and rider experience airflow at every speed and direction, both on the computer and in the wind tunnel. The EnviLiv features truncated ellipse airfoil tube shapes and the Liv Contact SLR Aero handlebar, with flattened tops and deeper drops, for reduced drag and added control, and better overall aero performance.

Sprinting Efficiency

Aerodynamics are affected by many factors, two of them often seen as mutually exclusive: stiffness and weight. But the new EnviLiv has found the sweetest spot, with an Advanced SL-grade composite frameset. We use Continuous Fibre Technology to add strength without adding weight, Carbon Nanotube Technology resin to improve impact resistance, and Fusion Process for lighter, stronger frame junctions. So you can accelerate faster away from the pack.

Seamless Integration

When every second matters, so does every detail. So we developed a new way to route cables through the handlebar, stem, and frame, which improves aero performance, and also makes it easier to disassemble your bike for travel and maintenance. Two aerodynamic water bottle cages flawlessly integrate with the seat tube and down tube, further reducing drag.

TECHS & FEATURES

×

ADVANCED SL COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY

Liv’s Professional Grade raw carbon material is woven in our own composite factory using our most advanced engineering and construction methods including: Continuous Fiber Technology to add strength while reducing weight; Carbon Nanotube Technology resin to improve impact resistance; and Fusion Process for lighter, stronger frame junctions.

×

AEROSYSTEM SHAPING TECHNOLOGY

Tubing shapes engineered using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and wind-tunnel data to optimize each tube shape for superior aerodynamic performance.

×

POWERCORE

A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter wide bottom-bracket design (92-millimeterwide for off-road bikes). Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.

×

TUBELESS SYSTEM

Engineered with proprietary Dynamic Balanced Lacing technology, this tubeless ready composite WheelSystem delivers superior efficiency, pinpoint control and comfort.

×

OVERDRIVE AERO

Found inside the head tube of the all-new EnviLiv range, the D-shaped fork steerer tube and corresponding spacers provide an extremely aerodynamic, easier to service system of internally routed brake and derailleur cables.

×

VECTOR SLR SEATPPST

Using more continuous carbon fibers and titanium bolts, the Langma’s first fully-carbon seatpost is lightweight, aero, and easily adjustable

WEIGHTThe most accurate way to determine any bike’s weight is to have your local dealer weigh it for you. Many brands strive to list the lowest possible weight, but in reality weight can vary based on size, finish, hardware and accessories. All our bikes are designed for best-in-class weight and ride quality.
